Try and get to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even on weekends too. You’ll feel better for it by having a regular sleeping pattern.
Eat More Vegetables
Many of us don’t get as much fiber as we need, not to mention the vitamins and minerals we’re missing out on by not eating enough vegetables.
