By day, I’m a Qualitative Project Manager who digs deep into human stories, emotions, and motivations. Before that, I spent 10 years in quantitative market research, living in data profiles, percentages, significance testing, and all things data.

By life, I’m a breastfeeding mom, the family breadwinner, and a proud sister who helped put two siblings through college and watched them earn their degrees.

I guess, my life has prepared me perfectly for qualitative research:

Being a first time mom taught me patience, adaptability, and operating with minimal sleep.

Being the breadwinner taught me resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder expectations. (My stakeholders are just a little more emotionally invested!)
Supporting two siblings through college taught me long-term planning and the importance of investing in people’s growth.
And my quant background taught me that numbers tell you what happened, while my current role focuses on understanding why it happened.

I support research projects the same way I manage life: balancing data, people, budgets, timelines, and the occasional crisis with determination, empathy, and a well-deserved cup of coffee.
